Russian authorities said 11 people were killed in the regions of Krasnodar, Belgorod, and Crimea.
In Krasnodar, drone debris fell near the resort town of Gelendzhik, killing three children and four adults, while about 40 others were injured.
In Ukraine, three people, including an emergency worker and his eight-year-old son, were killed in a Russian drone strike on a petrol station in the Dnipro-petrovsk region.
Ukrainian officials said the attack sparked a large fire and caused heavy damage to the petrol station and nearby buildings.
