According to a statement issued by the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), the women were taken back into Indian territory through the Shologharia border around midnight on Saturday.
Earlier that morning, the BSF had attempted to force the three women across the border into Bangladesh.
However, BGB personnel, with assistance from local residents, prevented the push-in.
The women remained stranded in the zero line for nearly 20 hours before being returned to India by the BSF late at night.
